Thank you for choosing Vakeel Babu and purchasing a service through our website. Please read this policy and our terms and conditions carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities when buying services from us.

We do our best to provide services as described and within the agreed timelines. However, if for any reason we can't deliver the service you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. A refund will only be considered if there's a clear problem or defect with the service or product you bought from us.

  2. If you change your mind after paying for a service, we won’t offer a refund, as there’s no issue with the service itself.

  3. If you request a refund more than 15 days after purchasing, and we’ve already completed the service (as confirmed by email or other communication), the refund request will not be accepted.
